Spotless and trendy room itself with beautiful balcony, excellent views and a table on which to have coffee. Great location, domestic area, close enough to shops restaurants, and Luna Park, the Palais Theatre, Trams, Restaurants, pubs, supermarkets. Easy walk to St Kilda Festival.

Air conditioned rooms, great-sized bathrooms, really nice beds. Reasonable breakfast with a huge variety of hot/cold dishes. Excellent and perfect location in the cafe good, close to restaurants and cafés.

I booked it many times and can just recommend. I appreciated the place, it was clean & the staff were lovely. The location was great and unbeatable for walking around a renovated theatre. The overall atmosphere was quiet, nonetheless some staff members were ignorant.

Fairly clean hotel in a lovely building not far from the tram to the city. Trendy, neat room with outdoor verandah! Great food, very welcoming staff in a cheerful manner. Speedy check in and efficient check out.

Fantastic, amazing location in the domestic area. Walking distance to shops and a bakery across the street.

It was in a very central setting to St Kilda sights. The room was neat, and trendy, with a safe box, a TV set and a small fridge I needed.

An apartment has basic facilities you need. It's modern and includes exceptionally comfortable bed.

The room was neat and airy and there were climate control and coffee. The setting was quite marvellous within easy reach of a renovated theatre.

Friendly staff, spacious room, comfortable bed, efficient aircon, convenient location near airport bus stop and Acland Street with great food and drink options.

The staff - couldn't have been nicer, or more helpful but not in the least intrusive; The location - ideal for the concert we were attending, but also perfectly located for St Kilda shops and the seafront; and the standard of the room's presentation

The room was a nice size, the king sized bed very comfortable, nicely fitted out and very clean. Everything worked well, nice big double glazed window looking around St Kilda. The hotel had free parking and was very central for all eateries, Palais Theatre and the beach, also public transport. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we loved not having mini bar in the room unless requested!!. We were with friends whose room was not delux and theirs was just as nice as ours and had a lounge suit included.

We would have liked arm chairs to relax in rather than normal chairs.

This place offers great value and I would definitely come back again; we truly enjoyed our stay and the amazing hospitality provided by the staff; there is a fantastic seafood restaurant called Pink Flake just a short 5-minute walk from here.
